we spent a few beautiful hours in Amish Country of Indiana, Shipshewana on Saturday morning. we did so with caramel lattes in hand. our little K2 is such a joy to us. he found a little cane rocker just his size. we wanted to get it for him until we looked at the price tag. so we just borrowed it for a couple minutes. notice the shirt (see the rest of the post) very neutral. i’ll give him one year. next year he’ll be sporting the scarlet and gray.
we also have an in home rivalry. my beautiful wife grew up only minutes from East Lansing, MI. she is a spartan, i am a buckeye. we have a bit of loving tension one saturday a year. that was this weekend. Elizabeth hasn’t had much to cheer about the past eight years, but she is green and white through and through. i love her.
