I’ve just returned from two days in Cedarville, Ohio at the Evangelism Celebration conference; Building a Life of Integrity: Evangelism for a New Day. It was a powerful conference. God spoke to us in many ways. You can purchase CD’s of the messages here. I highly recommend the first message by John Avant (VP of Evangelism, North American Mission Board) and the message by Voddie Baucham (Evangelist, apologist; Pastor of Preaching, Grace Family Baptist Church).
Other speakers where Ergan Caner (President, Liberty Theological Seminary), Richard Ross (Professor of Student Ministries, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary), David Jeremiah. Charles Billingsley sang beautiful hymns.
The fellowship and conversation on the 4 1/2 hour trip was excellent and God centered. There is something sweet about being with four other men that have dedicated their lives to the ministry of the Gospel. The Lord did a work in our hearts in the two days. As we drove the country roads of eastern Ohio through Van Wert and back into Indiana the Ford Windstar was warm and full of good conversation.
Even better, my wife is back in the north from a week in Florida! I look forward to our reunion this afternoon. She is the love of my life. I have missed her immensely. I can’t wait to hold her and feel her belly where my son is waiting his entry into the world.

Hey There big brother! I am so glad for the opportunity you have had to be inspired yet again. I love and miss you all! I am also looking forward to the entry of our sweet little man coming soon!
