Life has been out-of-control since I took these pictures about a month ago. Kaleb and the Klops I apologize for taking so long to put them up. Taking pictures of Kaleb was awesome because of all that it means. Kaleb is the oldest child of our new pastor at our church, where I am on staff. We have been praying for a long time that the Lord would bring a man to shepherd the people of Grace and He has answered our prayers and much more! Kaleb is an awesome guy and I have had the priveledge of spending quite a bit of time with him and the family. Kaleb can play anything, and I really mean anything, he wants to on the guitar, he is a consummate outdoors man, he is a force on the basketball court and he is just straight up amazing. He is loved by everyone and he is so cool it’s not fair. I thank the Lord that He brought Kaleb and his family to our neck-o-the-woods! Thanks for letting me take your pictures man!

Grasman :: family pictures Part II
October 21st, 2009The other night we tried to take family pictures at a park nearby, but it was closed for “deer managing activities”, the humane way of saying “deer slaughtering”, so a couple nights ago we tried again only to pull up to a half closed gate that said the park was closing in ten minutes. We decided to get as many pictures as possible until they kicked us out of the park. The park ranger was super cool and let us stay late! So, thanks to the man in the green outfit we got these pictures. It was awesome to hang out Grasmans!
Ashley :: Senior Pictures
October 18th, 2009Yesterday was another picturesque autumn day. The sun was bright with just the right amount of clouds. The park was brimming with color from the many hardwood trees.
As you all know, I am a youth pastor at Grace Church in Granger, Indiana. Ashley is one of the leaders of our youth ministry.
grasman :: family pictures
October 13th, 2009Last night was a beautiful fall evening. I drove my civic over to meet an awesome family and good friends of ours for family pictures in a beautiful park. I arrived a little early to scope the place out for the prime spots. As i pulled up to the entrance of the park i saw the gates were closed and locked. a sign on the gate said it would be closed October 11 for “deer managing” activities. i was bummed. we did find a couple of cool spots for some pictures. here are a few of my favorites. the grasmans agreed to another try at pictures in the park so you’ll be seeing more of them. thanks grasman’s! happy fall.
picture of the week :: memory of summer
October 12th, 2009i will cherish the moment i had in this picture with my son K2. it was late summer and we were having a picnic. mom and ollie were on a blanket in the shade and K2 and i were finishing lunch. he loves “pop” so he smiled as he drank this cold can of coke on a hot summer afternoon. he put mommy’s shades on too. i love this little man. i look forward to many summer afternoon picnics with my family. thank you Lord.

James 5:7
Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient, establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.”
